Y tambi\u00e9n describir\u00e9 la importancia de las herramientas de colaboraci\u00f3n y los tel\u00e9fonos de escritorio.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Utilidad de Collaboration\/Softphone<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En una soluci\u00f3n UC moderna, <b>una sola aplicaci\u00f3n<\/b> debe <b>incorporar todos los servicios: <\/b>llamadas de audio, videollamadas, chat\u00a0 y presencia. Las <b>ventajas <\/b>de este acuerdo incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una experiencia de usuario unificada<\/li>\n<li>Menos inversiones en hardware, como tel\u00e9fonos VoIP, que no son necesarios<\/li>\n<li>Inicio de sesi\u00f3n inmediato despu\u00e9s de abrir la aplicaci\u00f3n<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, <b>tener una sola aplicaci\u00f3n<\/b> que incorpore todos los servicios <b>plantea<\/b> los siguientes problemas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requiere que el PC y la aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e9n activas (activadas)<\/li>\n<li>Se basa en el entorno del PC.<\/li>\n<li>Es posible que no sea f\u00e1cil que usar para los clientes que usan versiones anteriores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mi opini\u00f3n es que <b>un cliente UC con un cliente de audio VoIP<\/b> como usuario final <b>es una elecci\u00f3n perfecta<\/b> si:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Los PC tienen buena conectividad (verifica las redes WIFI en la oficina)<\/li>\n<li>Los PC tienen suficiente potencia para ejecutar todas las aplicaciones necesarias<\/li>\n<li>Los usuarios son \u201cavanzados\u201d y responsables, lo que significa que pueden:\n<ul>\n<li>Mantener los niveles de audio bajo control y solucionar problemas b\u00e1sicos<\/li>\n<li>Detener aplicaciones que utilizan muchos recursos (lo que afecta la funcionalidad del cliente UC)<\/li>\n<li>Usar la aplicaci\u00f3n en el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil cuando el PC no est\u00e9 disponible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>El PC tiene una tarjeta de sonido de audio que ofrece una salida de alta calidad o est\u00e1 disponible un auricular USB dedicado<\/li>\n<li>El cliente UC admite el control de llamadas a trav\u00e9s de los auriculares que est\u00e1n conectados (esto es imprescindible para los usuarios avanzados)<\/li>\n<li>Los tonos de llamada no son necesarios para monitorear las llamadas entrantes cuando est\u00e1n lejos del PC, lo que significa:\n<ul>\n<li>Al usar un PC, a veces los tonos de llamada pueden no ser audibles (el nivel de audio puede modificarse por otras razones)<\/li>\n<li>Los usuarios deben confiar en un dispositivo m\u00f3vil como dispositivo de anillo secundario cuando est\u00e1n lejos de su escritorio<\/li>\n<li>Una alternativa ser\u00eda dispositivos USB dedicados para mostrar notificaciones visuales entrantes o proporcionar tonos de llamada ( por ejemplo Kuando Busylight). Estos todav\u00eda requieren que el port\u00e1til\/PC est\u00e9 activo y operativo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si se cumples las condiciones anteriores, <b>un cliente UC es la mejor soluci\u00f3n.<\/b> Puede funcionar perfectamente, incluso en un entorno de Call Center. Tambi\u00e9n puede simplificar el futuro desarrollo del sistema, incluido el a\u00f1adir nuevas estaciones de trabajo en la oficina.<\/p>\n<p><b>En otros escenarios,<\/b> mi sugerencia es proporcionar un dispositivo de tel\u00e9fono SIP dedicado (un tel\u00e9fono principal en la oficina). Por supuesto, este dispositivo debe emparejarse con Collaboration Software Client para permitir el control de llamadas y la generaci\u00f3n de llamadas desde un PC.
