Estado de \u00e1nimo deslumbrante, lenguaje \u00e1spero: estos problemas se alargan mucho despu\u00e9s del momento en que surgieron, lo que perjudica al ambiente de trabajo y rompe cualquier sentido de unidad de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Y a pesar de lo malo que pueda ser ese choque, la gesti\u00f3n deficiente de los conflictos solo lo empeorar\u00e1. Resolviendo los conflictos incorrectamente, los intentos de mediaci\u00f3n pueden terminar avivando el argumento que trataste de sofocar. Una parte puede sentirse atacado injustamente. El otro lado puede no ver ninguna raz\u00f3n para mejorar su propio comportamiento.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para evitar ese resultado y mantener un sentido de unidad de el entorno laboral, debes evitar estos errores de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n<h2>No tomes parte en el asunto<\/h2>\n<p>Al gestionar conflictos, debes actuar como \u00e1rbitro, no como participante. Incluso si un lado del argumento parece claramente equivocado, <b>entrar en la mediaci\u00f3n mostrando apoyo a esa parte enturbiar\u00e1 el esfuerzo con una apariencia de parcialidad. <\/b>Eso le da luz verde al lado favorecido para quejarse, y desalienta al empleado desfavoreciendo a participar en el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar esto, permite que ambos expliquen de manera clara, tranquila y concisa de d\u00f3nde proviene el problema.<b> Dale a cada participante tiempo para explicar su opini\u00f3n sobre la situaci\u00f3n incitante. <\/b>Es especialmente \u00fatil alentarlos a usar declaraciones utilizando \u201cMe\u201d (por ejemplo \u201c Me resulta dif\u00edcil hacer mi trabajo cuando&#8230;!\u201d) en lugar de centrarse en la otra persona.<\/p>\n<h2>No tengas prisa a una resoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>No ayuda a nadie dejar partes de un problema sin abordar. Tan tentador como podr\u00eda ser decirle a tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo que est\u00e1n discutiendo que abandonen la pelea y se disculpen, hacerlo los dejar\u00e1 sin una sensaci\u00f3n de cierre. Y <b>al no llegar al n\u00facleo de una discusi\u00f3n, dejas espacio para que el conflicto comience nuevamente.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Para un resultado significativo, media de tal manera que <b>ayude a los empleados a discutir la causa subyacente del conflicto. <\/b>El problema puede ser tan simple como un incidente aislado. Por otra parte, podr\u00eda provenir de un patr\u00f3n de acciones y comportamiento. No importa qu\u00e9, para asegurarte de que el conflicto finalice durante el proceso de resoluci\u00f3n, debes identificar qu\u00e9 hay realmente detr\u00e1s de la discusi\u00f3n en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>No tomes decisiones arbitrarias<\/h2>\n<p>En la mediaci\u00f3n, frustrar a los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo es como verter gasolina sobre una llama encendida; los participantes, ya irritados por la lucha en s\u00ed, s\u00f3lo se volver\u00e1n m\u00e1s exasperados si sienten que est\u00e1n siendo tratados injustamente.<\/p>\n<p>Hablando en t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos, esto significa que <b>las decisiones tomadas dentro de la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos deben tener fundamento. <\/b>Por ejemplo, si impides que un empleado hable antes de lo esperado, es probable que sienta que te est\u00e1s poniendo en su contra. Del mismo modo, si desalientas a un participante de hacer acusaciones solo despu\u00e9s de usar un lenguaje inflamatorio, podr\u00edas terminar por aumentar sus sentimientos de agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para crear un ambiente de justicia en la mediaci\u00f3n, <b>debes comenzar estableciendo reglas b\u00e1sicas.<\/b> Antes de que cualquiera de las partes comience a hablar, ya deben tener una comprensi\u00f3n clara de qu\u00e9 comportamiento se espera de ellos y qu\u00e9 no es aceptable.
