Qu\u00e9 entiendo yo por IA ag\u00e9ntica (sin marketing)<\/h2>\n<p>Un chatbot responde.<br \/>\nUn\u00a0IVR\u00a0enruta.<\/p>\n<p>La IA ag\u00e9ntica, bien aplicada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">entiende la intenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">usa contexto<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ejecuta acciones (o\u00a0prepara el\u00a0trabajo)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">y solo entonces cede el control a una\u00a0persona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la diferencia que nadie deber\u00eda saltarse:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0082ff; font-weight: 600;\">\u00abAutomatizar lo repetitivo.<br \/>\nY cuando no debe seguir, hacer un handover humano con contexto\u00bb<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Ese <i>handover<\/i> (resumen + datos relevantes + siguiente paso sugerido) es el punto donde se ganan o se pierden los\u00a0proyectos.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Los 3 casos de uso donde m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido veo\u00a0ROI<\/h2>\n<p>Hablo de lo que suele moverse antes en la\u00a0pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<h3>1\ufe0f\u20e3 Primera atenci\u00f3n: resolver o enrutar con\u00a0contexto<\/h3>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed el ROI aparece r\u00e1pido porque reduce fricci\u00f3n y evita oportunidades perdidas.<br \/>\nKPIs t\u00edpicos: % contenci\u00f3n, transferencia correcta, tiempo de respuesta, reducci\u00f3n de llamadas\u00a0perdidas.<\/p>\n<h3>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Soporte interno: menos tickets vac\u00edos, m\u00e1s\u00a0resoluci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando la IA ayuda a clasificar bien y a completar informaci\u00f3n, el equipo deja de\u00a0\u00abadivinar\u00bb.<br \/>\nKPIs t\u00edpicos: tiempo medio por ticket, FCR, backlog\/SLA, calidad de clasificaci\u00f3n\u00a0inicial.<\/p>\n<h3>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Atenci\u00f3n al cliente: continuidad y calidad<\/h3>\n<p>El cliente no deber\u00eda repetir la misma historia tres veces, y el agente no deber\u00eda reconstruir contexto desde cero.<br \/>\nKPIs t\u00edpicos: tiempo de resoluci\u00f3n, repetici\u00f3n de contacto, CSAT\/NPS (si aplica), cumplimiento de\u00a0SLA.<\/p>\n<h2>4. El proceso inteligente para conseguir resultados medibles en\u00a030\u00a0d\u00edas<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde dejo de hablar de \u00abIA\u00bb y empiezo a hablar de\u00a0\u00aboperaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 1\u00a0\u2014 Elijo un \u00fanico caso de uso (solo\u00a0uno)<\/h3>\n<p>Mi regla es simple:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0082ff; font-weight: 600;\">un solo caso, bien hecho, vale m\u00e1s que cinco a\u00a0medias<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Si abres demasiado el alcance, lo que consigues es preventa eterna y un piloto que no termina\u00a0nunca.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 2\u00a0\u2014 Defino el \u00e9xito antes de construir\u00a0nada<\/h3>\n<p>Elijo 3 KPIs y marco la l\u00ednea\u00a0base.<\/p>\n<p>No por est\u00e9tica, sino porque:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0082ff; font-weight: 600;\">sin l\u00ednea base, no hay mejora demostrable<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 3\u00a0\u2014 Dise\u00f1o el flujo completo (no\u00a0\u00abuna\u00a0conversaci\u00f3n\u00bb)<\/h3>\n<p>Dise\u00f1o el servicio de punta a\u00a0punta:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0082ff; font-weight: 600;\">entrada \u2192 intenci\u00f3n \u2192 acci\u00f3n \u2192 escalado \u2192 cierre<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Y defino el <i>contexto m\u00ednimo viable<\/i> que la IA debe recoger antes de escalar. Si el humano sigue preguntando lo mismo, la IA no est\u00e1 ayudando: <b>est\u00e1\u00a0maquillando<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 4\u00a0\u2014 Gobierno m\u00ednimo viable desde el\u00a0principio<\/h3>\n<p>Sin convertirlo en burocracia, dejo reglas claras:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">fuentes permitidas (y\u00a0prohibidas)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">permisos por\u00a0rol<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">trazabilidad\u00a0\/ logs<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">reglas de escalado (cu\u00e1ndo la\u00a0IA debe\u00a0parar)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">responsables internos (qui\u00e9n valida y qui\u00e9n\u00a0decide)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esto es lo que permite escalar sin que IT entre en modo \u00abfreno\u00a0de\u00a0mano\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 5\u00a0\u2014 Piloto controlado, obsesi\u00f3n por\u00a0la\u00a0se\u00f1al<\/h3>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed soy muy pragm\u00e1tico:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0082ff; font-weight: 600;\">lo que no aporta, se\u00a0retira<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Mido a diario y busco d\u00f3nde se\u00a0rompe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">intenci\u00f3n mal interpretada<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">datos insuficientes para el\u00a0handover<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">puntos donde el usuario abandona<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">escalados que llegan al equipo\u00a0equivocado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Paso 6\u00a0\u2014 Optimizo y escalo con\u00a0criterio<\/h3>\n<p>Solo escalo cuando hay se\u00f1ales claras de\u00a0mejora.<br \/>\nY fijo una cadencia de mejora continua, porque:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0082ff; font-weight: 600;\">la IA no es un \u00abinstalar y olvidar\u00bb:<br \/>\nes\u00a0un\u00a0servicio\u00a0vivo<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Lo que yo exigir\u00eda como cliente a cualquier proveedor<\/h2>\n<p>En mi experiencia, aqu\u00ed se separan los proveedores serios de los que solo traen una demo\u00a0bonita.<\/p>\n<p>Si yo fuera cliente, exigir\u00eda (sin excepci\u00f3n):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">KPIs definidos antes del piloto\u00a0+ l\u00ednea\u00a0base<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Handover humano dise\u00f1ado<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trazabilidad y auditor\u00eda (logs)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gobierno del dato (qu\u00e9 usa, d\u00f3nde se guarda, cu\u00e1nto\u00a0tiempo)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Permisos por rol<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plan de adopci\u00f3n (formaci\u00f3n, soporte, responsables)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Omnicanal real (no\u00a0islas)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Modelo de mejora continua<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resiliencia y continuidad<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salida ordenada (documentaci\u00f3n y portabilidad)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si un proveedor no sabe responder a esto con naturalidad, la tecnolog\u00eda da igual: <b>el\u00a0proyecto\u00a0sufrir\u00e1<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Mi conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La IA ag\u00e9ntica puede ser una palanca brutal en el Digital\u00a0Workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Pero no es magia. Es\u00a0m\u00e9todo.<\/p>\n<p>En 30 d\u00edas no espero \u00abautomatizarlo todo\u00bb.
