Surtout bien respecter les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019un mot de passe fort d\u00e9crit ci-dessus&#8230;<\/span><b>Une information CAPITALE ! Car dans le cas d\u2019un mot de passe charg\u00e9 manuellement via une injection CSV (excel) le niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 par le WMS.<\/b><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>2. LIMITER LES RISQUES<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est important de discuter <strong>en amont<\/strong> avec votre client de ses habitudes d\u2019appel. Le mieux est d\u2019avoir une liste des num\u00e9ros internationaux qu\u2019ils utilisent fr\u00e9quemment. Ainsi<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si votre client n\u2019appelle jamais \u00e0 l\u2019international, bloquer les appels internationaux depuis le Dialplan <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si votre client n\u2019appelle que l\u2019Europe, limiter les appels \u00e0 l\u2019Europe (+3x ou +4x) depuis le Dialplan utilisateur<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si votre client appelle seulement la Suisse autoriser les appels internationaux vers le (+4x) ou vers le seul num\u00e9ro externe qu\u2019il peut \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l\u2019activit\u00e9 de votre client est concentr\u00e9 sur une plage horaire bien d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, effectuer une restriction au niveau Dialplan pour limiter les appels \u00e0 ces horaires. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>3. RAPPROCHEZ VOUS DE VOTRE OP\u00c9RATEUR<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9finir avec votre client une <strong>taxation maximale<\/strong> par ligne \u00e0 transmettre \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019op\u00e9rateur<\/strong> qui bloquera automatiquement le trunk sip une fois cette limitation atteinte. <\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>4.
