Une connexion entre le client et le logiciel permet l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019informations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones VoIP SIP (qui fonctionnent comme des appareils autonomes) peuvent envoyer des notifications d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 l&rsquo;application, par exemple en ouvrant une \u00abURL d&rsquo;action\u00bb pour chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement survenant sur l&rsquo;appareil, y compris un nouvel appel, un raccrochage, une r\u00e9ponse, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Les softphones VoIP SIP peuvent \u00e9galement ouvrir directement l\u2019application ou l\u2019URL du CRM dans un navigateur, par exemple, en utilisant une fen\u00eatre contextuelle d\u2019appel qui affiche les d\u00e9tails de l\u2019appel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Les clients peuvent \u00e9galement effectuer des actions, notamment g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un appel.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Ce sc\u00e9nario d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <b>le plus simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser<\/b>, mais il pr\u00e9sente en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 <b>de nombreuses limitations<\/b>, entre autres :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Il ne contr\u00f4le qu&rsquo;un seul p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique (par exemple, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de bureau de l&rsquo;utilisateur). Si l&rsquo;appel a lieu via une application mobile, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration ne fonctionnera pas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Le temps de configuration est long car chaque client doit \u00eatre configur\u00e9 individuellement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Le choix d&rsquo;appareils est limit\u00e9. De nombreux clients ne prennent pas en charge cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 (par exemple, les appels transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable ou un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de bureau ne seront pas suivis).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Il ne peut pas fonctionner si le client est hors ligne (par exemple, tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se produisent lorsque le softphone est \u00e9teint ne peuvent pas \u00eatre suivis).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Il y a des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9. L&rsquo;application client \/ serveur peut ne pas \u00eatre accessible depuis le r\u00e9seau sur lequel le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone VoIP SIP est install\u00e9 (diff\u00e9rents VLAN).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Il y a des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
