Il en donnera quelques un, mais \u00e7a ne sera pas une ligne de conduite.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand vous \u00eates \u00e0 bord d\u2019un sous-marin, vous \u00eates 135 personnes \u00e0 bord coinc\u00e9es dans un tube d\u2019acier, il ne faut donc pas qu\u2019il y ait des gens qui attendent qu\u2019on leur dise ce qu\u2019ils doivent faire, chaque personne a sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9. C\u2019est pareil dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chacun a sa valeur dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il faut r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 exploiter ces valeurs l\u00e0, chacun doit \u00eatre le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent dans ses valeurs. C\u2019est au r\u00e9f\u00e9rent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer lui-m\u00eame ses t\u00e2ches, s\u2019il attend que vous lui dites \u201ctu dois faire ceci ou cela\u201d, \u00e7a ne sera pas possible. Il faut que tout le monde se sente impliqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Un bon dirigeant donne le contr\u00f4le \u00e0 ses troupes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Le principe est qu\u2019un bon dirigeant va prendre le contr\u00f4le de ses troupes, mais \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence, un excellent dirigeant leur donnera le contr\u00f4le.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le fait d\u2019impliquer vos collaborateurs va leur permettre de se sentir mieux dans leur travail, mais aussi de se sentir utiles. La m\u00e9thode de David Marquet a \u00e9t\u00e9 de donner un ordre techniquement impossible \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et que tout le monde a tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser. Si, dans vos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, vous donnez un ordre de ce genre, si le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent est vraiment fort dans son domaine, il vous dira que \u00e7a n\u2019est pas possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme disait Steve Jobs, \u00ab\u00a0on ne paye pas des gens tr\u00e8s intelligents pour leur dire ce qu\u2019ils doivent faire\u00a0\u00bb. Les gens intelligents vous les embaucher pour que ce soit eux qui vous disent ce qu\u2019il faut faire, sinon il n\u2019y a aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat&#8230; Ceci se voit beaucoup dans les petites structures. Le fait d\u2019agir de cette mani\u00e8re va donner confiance aux collaborateurs et leurs permettre de mieux s\u2019investir, et donc, de faire avancer votre collaboration. <strong>Un bon dirigeant va f\u00e9d\u00e9rer des leaders dans chaque domaine et non des suiveurs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Lorsque vous en avez la possibilit\u00e9, formez les comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>. Il faut redonner confiance, cr\u00e9er des leaders dans chaque domaines adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 vos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et responsabiliser les gens.
