Sans parler des mises \u00e0 jour de ces fichiers, et lorsqu\u2019il fallait trouver certaines informations &#8211; tout devait \u00eatre fait manuellement&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces temps sont heureusement r\u00e9volus et aujourd&rsquo;hui m\u00eame les PME utilisent un CRM pour stocker des contacts et les tenir \u00e0 jour, mais pas seulement : le CRM sert \u00e9galement pour g\u00e9rer les leads, planifier des activit\u00e9s de suivi, cr\u00e9er des campagnes et suivre toutes les statistiques relatives aux leads et aux clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les entreprises investissent dans un syst\u00e8me de gestion de la relation client car elles souhaitent \u00e9conomiser de l&rsquo;argent et d\u00e9velopper leur activit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation des activit\u00e9s de vente et de marketing, \u00e0 la gestion efficace de la client\u00e8le et \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des rapports et des analyses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour <\/span><b>choisir une plate-forme de gestion de la relation client,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de nombreuses entreprises tiennent compte des caract\u00e9ristiques et du prix, mais oublient un facteur tr\u00e8s important \u00e0 prendre en compte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un mauvais CRM r\u00e9duit efficacement la productivit\u00e9, complique les processus et ralentit la croissance de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici ce qui se passe lorsque le CRM utilis\u00e9 dans une entreprise n&rsquo;est pas int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique de l&rsquo;entreprise :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous devez ajouter chaque contact deux fois, car votre carnet d&rsquo;adresses PBX n&rsquo;est pas int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 votre base de contacts CRM \u2192 <\/span><b>pas d&rsquo;automatisation.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous ne pouvez pas voir qui appelle ou r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un appel depuis votre CRM, vous devez ouvrir un autre onglet de navigateur pour le faire \u2192 <\/span><b>distractions constantes.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous ne pouvez pas ajouter de d\u00e9tails sur les appels ni planifier des activit\u00e9s de suivi pendant un appel \u2192 <\/span><b>productivit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour passer un appel, vous devez copier votre num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 partir du CRM, ouvrir une autre application et y coller votre num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour lancer un appel \u2192 <\/span><b>communication lente.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Lorsque vous choisissez un CRM pour votre entreprise, assurez-vous qu&rsquo;il soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 votre syst\u00e8me t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique ou vous risqueriez de gaspiller votre argent.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wildix.com\/fr\/wildix-magazine\/\">Voulez-vous lire d&rsquo;autres articles comme celui-ci ?
